What does our warranty cover?
- Manufacturing defects that affect product characteristics
- Unusual fading, peeling, or cracking not caused by environmental factors
- Replacement of materials for affected areas (labor costs not included)
- Wrong color
- Wrong packaging size
Warranty Exclusions
- Damage from improper application, maintenance or surface preparation
- Normal wear and tear or gradual deterioration due to climatic and environmental conditions
- Damage from structural movement, subsidence or cracking of the base surface
- Color variations or changes caused by exposure to sunlight, pollution, or other environmental factors
- Damage from accidents, abuse, negligence or natural disasters
- Improper use
- Improper application
- Application on unsuitable surfaces
How to make a warranty claim
- Contact Customer Service: Contact our warranty department at online@fortunapaints.bg within 30 days of discovering the defect.
- Provide documentation: Send your proof of purchase, product details, photos of the affected area, and a detailed description of the problem.
- Evaluation: Our technical team will review your claim and may request a sample or on-site inspection for further evaluation.
- Resolution: If your claim is approved, we will provide a replacement product or issue a refund based on the remaining warranty period.
Required documentation
- Original purchase receipt or invoice
- Product name, color and batch number (found on the product packaging)
- Clear photos showing the affected area
- Details of the application method and date of application
- Completed Appendix No. 6 to Art. 47, para. 1, item 8 and Art. 52, paras. 2 and 4 of the ZPA and again with added order number and reason for return.
